Press the "Power" and the "Volume Up" buttons, together, until you see the start-up logo on the screen.Ĥ. Remove your SD card, if there is one in the device.ģ. Make sure that the tablet is actually powered off.Ģ. NOTE: Doing this will clear 'all' the data on your tablet, so it is suggested you not choose this option unless you have to, or aren't worried about losing anything on the device.īe sure you back up any data you want to keep, to a computer or cloud account, before doing the reset.ġ. Now, if it doesn't load even in "Safe Mode", then you would need to have the tablet looked at. Just be careful what you put back or you could wind up right back where you started. Then you can reinstall your apps and move your files back.
Then do a full "Hard Reset" of the device to restore it to its original state when you got it. Note: This is only files, apps can't be saved.
If it does, then while in there save all your files (photos, music, contacts, browser favs, etc.) to somewhere safe off of the tablet.
First, however, I would suggest trying to start it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load. You would need to do a full "Hard Reset" for that. The reset you did, was it the one to keep your files on the device? If so, that won't really clear up any problem if it is software related. If your device runs Windows, then you need to post in that form. NOTE: These instructions will only work on an Android OS device.
